Bad attitude,
Assisted by Willy, reluctant to help and gave me a bad attitude. I queried my current unbilled usage. I am apparently being charged for calls received... How can I pay for a call made to me? The caller phoning me locally from an 074 number? I do not accept these charges and demand that this situation is rectified immediately.
