Autpage not refunding me and no Customer service!!

I have been struggling with Autopage for more than a year to sort out my account.<br> To make a long story short, I have a package with them where I am supposed to get 1 gig data free per month.<br> According to them, their system does not cater for this 1 gig, and they can't load it to my account.<br> This results to me being charged at out of bundle rates, which amounts to more than R1000 I need to pay extra for 1 gig usage, per month.<br> They have managed to refund me twice, but they still owe me in excess of R5000.<br> And they still can't load the data on my profile. There's nothing I can do about them overcharging me every month.<br> I logged many requests and phoned them, with them telling me it will be escalated. But nothing has happened so far.<br> No one has come back to me yet. They just close all the requests after I log it, with no explanation whatsoever. Pathetic service!!!<br> Some of the reference numbers I received:<br> 846034, 855094, 855051, 846010, 823105, 770977, 776075, 779057, 770973, 759956...<br> Still waiting patiently on feedback, while I'm being ********** month after month.<br>
