Autopage/Vodacom refusal to pay back money!

Good afternoon I would like to know if you can get my money back please which was paid by me by mistake to my Altech Autopage, account no: *** (which was last used in 2015 when I paid off the account!)and ABSA account no: 40**108. I can send you my proof of payment in my next email. I’ve already paid R160 recall fee at Capitec, but they couldn’t get my money back and that is why I’m writing to you now?! The R1,**** was paid from my account name “Deposit Kiepersol Gardens 2”, but will you please pay it back into my Capitec savings account no: ***. Hoping to hear from you soon as I really need my money back now as I don’t owe any money whatsoever to Autopage and I’ve been to Vodacom at Somerset Mall as they took over from Autopage and they also won’t repay my my money!!!!
