AutopageOvercharging,refund requested,bad attitude

Please note that i have still not been credited for my April access discount of R33.<br> In addition now that my contract is over, there is a credit or R46.76 owing to me.<br> <br> i had called *** today (***3 @ 14h39) and spoke to the consultant, he then transferred me to account, the lady picked up the line and then cut it. <br> <br> i am SICK and TIRED of this PATHETIC service and i am GLAD that i have not continued with AUTOPAGE. <br> <br> Please ensure that the both credits are paid into the same account from which the debits orders were deducted, if for some reason you cant find it, please see attached for the account details.<br> <br> Please note that the amount should be R33 for april access discount, + R 46,76 as per the June statement. hence the total to be refunded is R 79.76.<br> <br> Kindly tensionup the account staff as this is not the first time my call was picked up and dropped.
