Autopage worst service provider ever

I went into the Autopage at thr Westwood Shopping centre in Durban to renew my contract, a lady assisted me, she was extremely unhelpful, with an attitude, I advised her that I received a call from there call centre advising me that there was a special on the MTN data packages for my contract, the lady advised me that the information was incorrect, she was very argumentative with no idea what customer service was, she point blank was not interested in me as the client and kept on arguing with me, subsequent to this bad behaviour from the Westwood branch I will be moving both my contracts to Telkom mobile. <br> <br> I would say not to use this service provide in future, they have no principle and no idea what TCF is.
