Autopage/Vodacom has ****** my data

I have two data contracts with Autopage *** & ***). When trying to connect to the internet at the beginning of the month once my new data should have been available, I got the message that I needed to buy data and recharge. My other contract - I could not connect to as I get the error( no sim card no sim card registered. I called you on Wed 2/9 to report this, they referred the query to their technical dept to check that they did in fact load the data. I called Autopage again on Tues (8/9) and Tepogo confirmed my data had been depleted! On checking my other contract the same app****. I spoke to Mpho from Autopage on 9/9 and she confirmed there is definitely something amiss as when she has a look she can see that there is connection for a few seconds here and there which wouldn't explain usage of 3G of data (on my one contract). She said she would get someone from Vodacom to call me as they must explain this. They called me on the wrong no on Thursday (10/9). which is my mother's ph. She gave them the correct no to call. I have not yet heard from them. If this data is not loaded onto my two contracts I will be cancelling both the debits and contracts wef
