Autopage - useless.

My initial contract was with Nashua mobile, never had issues with them. the once where they didn't load data I asked for and accidently double charged me, they sorted out immediately. Now Autopage, since I've had to change over, I'e asked them for 2gigs data because I use 2 gigs each month however, my bill for a call 200 is 2000 rand. I don't make calls or sms and my data should be covered. I asked them to look into this as they might not have loaded the gigs like Nashua mobile did. Now I phone them they have not loaded the 2 gigs like ive asked and I asked to cancel the insurance which they said they had done and they haven't. Currently on the phone again. whats probably going to happen... Nothing, utterly useless. Also asked them to look at why so high for September, October and November 2014 and they keep replying with a September 2013 figure. im basically getting charge out of bundle rates and insurance from last year September that I shouldn't have (that about 10 000 rand)
