Autopage Upgrade

i upgrade my contract with autopage, and part of the upgrade was to port me to Vodacom.<br> <br> Two weeks ago they delivered my new iPhone 6 with new sim card, I phoned them to complete the upgrade process. to date I have spend over an hour with the call center trying to get my new phone activated.<br> <br> The one excuse was that the new sim was broken, 5 minuted later it was a rica issue, then they can't upgrade me because the port hasn't gone thru. it even went to far that both sims was off, but according to them it's impossible.<br> <br> I have never in my life seen such incompetence. The best part is even after they delivered my phone, a week later they phoned me that I'm eligible for an upgrade
