Autopage unable to repair my phone
The phone was sent in July 2013 for repairs. We were told that the headset couldn't be repaired and they have issued us with a new phone. The contract is a Vodacom contract and to our surprise- the headset wouldn't accept the Vodacom sim- however accepted Cell C sim cards.

We returned the phone and we were advised that the phone was blacklisted and needs to be sent back for repairs for them to unblock the phone. This was a concern cause we were told that is it a new phone and couldn't understand how/why the phone would be blacklisted. The representative then informed us that Auto page only replaces customers phone with other customers phone that were repaired. After waiting for another two/three months, we were called to collect the phone as it has been repaired.

Once again- the \repaired"headset would not accept my Vodacom contract sim card and had to be sent in for repairs again. This has been the fourth time the phone has been sent for repairs cause of the same issue. Each repair is approximately two/three months of waiting. It has been our responsibility to make continuous follow up on the progress. To date- we are still without a phone yet paying monthly for a contact!"""
