Autopage: They wont add an additional data package

They keep on promising to add my data bundle that I requested over 6 weeks ago.<br> This has not been done, despite being told numerous times that it will be.<br> Now I get silly data bills...<br> No one seems able to assist, calls just get transferred from upgrades to sales to customer service to accounts and no one, knows what's going on.<br>
