Autopage tell lies

I am a client of Autopage for many years and I have been paying them each month. I took an insurance with them to avoid headaches should the phone go faulty or missing. Lost my phone and followed all procedures to claim with them they do not want to process my claim with no REASON at all. They keep on telling me that my issue is escalated and their colleague called Letlhogonolo Mamogopodi who is also a lier like them will be calling me but even today nothing has happened. Autopage is managed like a ****a shop with no honesty in them. You will never get an update from them and they dont even answer emails. I regret been with such a useless service provider. A company without honor is worse than eskom load shedding - atleast they do update you even id it is bad. WATCH OUT for THIS GUYS - no respect for customers
