Autopage sucks big time!!!

I have been part of Autopage family for years and never skipped a single payment since I was happy with the service. I recently lost my phone that is insured, I followed all the procedures to claim for another device but to my suprise Autopage has turned their back on me. I am not receiving any update from them and when I call they always tell me my issue has been escalated to who I do not know. They do not even bother to update me on the progress but always too quick to debit my account each month. For years I really believed that Autopage cared for their customers but they are worse than loan shedding. Wait until you lost your device to see their true colors.<br> I was tempted last year not to renew with Autopage as I saw a good deal at Nashua mobile of the same device I took with them but because of my long term relationship with Autopage I chose to stay - really do regret it. I keep sending emails to Letlhogonolo at infinite but does He bother to respond - NO. Worse service I have experiecned with a phone company.. they make load shedding to look like a walk in the park. Well done Autopage!!
