AUTOPAGE SERVICE PROVIDER FROM HELL

For the first time in my life I get to receive a bill of over R4000 for data . I called their customer service department and I was told that its because I used out of data plan. I was appauled by the response I got, \your query will be attended to in 7 working days. What an inconvenience. Firstly I am not using their data because I have the contract with another service provider. The only time I used their data was once - when I was setting my computer for setup. By virtue I should be paying not more that R400 pm for my contract.
