Autopage Sandton City disappoints yet again

I have been constantly hounded by Autopage head office with telephone calls and sms' over the past 2 months, advising that I am due for an upgrade. I took the initiative and went to the Autopage Sandton City branch about 6 weeks ago and made my application for an upgrade, to be told I would be called first thing the following week to come and collect my new apple iphone 6 128gb. Since then, I have made every effort to call and find out the status, and also advised that I will accept a 64gb iphone 6 should this be available. The Manager \Jay"promises to call me back but never does. His poor attitude is reflected in his staff"
