I sent my phone in for repairs in May, to date I have yet to receive the phone back, no communication is forthcoming from Mr. Moodley or any of his staff.<br> All you get is promises that they will come back to you, when you enquire as to why they haven't come back to you all they do blame someone else and promise again to come back to you (obviously this never happens!)<br> Whilst happy to bill me through the contract, for a service I can't use any attempt to get answers from them has proved fruitless.<br> I am not sure what to do next, perhaps legal action is required?<br> I can honestly say that I cant wait for my numerous contracts to expire, so that myself, my company and my family never have anything to do with them again.<br> Don't use these people I can guarantee you nothing but frustration and anguish if you seek any after sales service from them.<br>
