Autopage robbing people

I just upgraded to a Sony M5 Aqua and within 7 days it was faulty, Altech replaced it with another M5 and after using that one for 3 days it was also shutting down automatically and only coming on when the charger is plugged in. Altech sent it in for repairs but they said they could not find a fault with it so I got that phone back after a month. Now the phone is still faulty and switches off suddenly so I took it back and again they said its not faulty. I called the Sony repair center and gave them the repair number and to my surprise they said on their records they never received it! So I wonder where Autopage really sends their phones in probably to some cheap repair place so that they can save money, no wonder they can't pick up the fault with the phone. And what's the point of the whole 7 day return when they don't allow it. I've not even had the phone for more than 7 days 'coz its so faulty but they refuse to cancel the contract or replace the phone with another brand. Cell C store said they had 38 faulty M5 Aqua phones which they replaced so why can't Autopage do it? <br> The service sucks too, Shuaib, the manager does not have a contact number neither does he respond to emails.
