Autopage Rippoff Again

Called to price an upgrade. Never took the option but was charged for an upgrade along with an extra R4.00 of usage that was a bogus charge. Went to autopage craighall more than 3 weeks ago and they queried my account on my behalf. I was told a credit would be passed to my account for an incorrect overcharge. That never happened. I called the Autopage Call Center and asked them to escalate more than a week ago. I see my account for this month again has not been refunded. Ref number 715190. Shocking service and inefficiency, plus incorrect billing method which is highly questionable.
