Autopage ripping me off.
This is my 3rd complaint about the same issue. Two and a half months of getting the run around and now they want me to pay R680 for a phone that is still in warranty. These people have no shame.

On the 5th of December I took my phone in for a software issue. A month later I called to find out what's happening. I was told that a staff member had messed up and not sent the proof of purchase with the phone to the repair centre hence the delay. The proof of purchase was then sent to the repair centre(a month after taking in my phone). I waited another two weeks and after hearing nothing from anyone I called the repair centre who told me that because it was logged incorrectly ie not as a warranty they can't change to a warranty claim and are currently disputing the issue with Autopage. Another month has since past and again after nobody getting back to me I call Autopage. They tell me to call the repair centre who tells me that they now have found water damage voiding the warranty and I have to pay R680 to have my phone fixed. My phone has never been in water or splashed with water or anything like that even though it is a water resistant phone. This will not stand.
