Autopage ripping me off

Hello Peter<br> I am 25-year-old young professional.<br> In 2011 purchased a cell on contract with Autopage, before it was paid up, I was being over billed. Initially I launched a complaint about a 2000 rands that they requested me to pay, saying I used the internet of that amount I paid that amount and my account was back in order. I am supposed to pay less than 250 rands a month for a laptop that I took as an upgrade in late 2013, but they still charging for a blackberry that I finished paying for. I have tried several times to communicate with them by means of calling and sending emails, they tell me that they are investigating. This has affected my credit record, and I was declined a full bond earlier this year. I recently paid an amount of 3600 to put my account in order again, yet still I receive a bill saying that I need to pay more than 500. This is frustrating and I am unable to do anything about it.
