AUTOPAGE RETENTIONS USELESS NX!!!

i'm really dissapointed they way the retentions department is dealing with my query , i did an upgrade last week Tuesday and i was told the phone will be delivered by Monday . i then called on Monday to find out if the delivery is still scheduled for that day , and i was told yes it will be delivered , i then called on Tuesday and i was told it will be delivered but before 5pm i called and spoke to a lady by the name of Bianca who assured me that it will be delivered today between 9 -12 . today i made a call after 12 to check what is happening and i spoke to a Lady by the name of Lerato who told me that it will be delivered tomorrow . <br> <br> what really makes me mad is that this is not a free call , and why tell a customers lies if you know that the phone wont be delivered , <br> if i don't get the phone tomorrow then , LET ME RATHER CANCEL THIS !!!! nx!!!
