Autopage reping off our monies

On the 04 December 2015 I went to Autopage to renew my contract and I was on top up .In January Autopage took R1114.00 in my bank account and Autopage supposed to take R399.00 .I called in January to complain and Autpage told me that they will refund my money back to my account and they told me that I'm on top up. Till today I did not get my refund instead in February they took R637.00 in my account. My agreement with Autopage is that an amount of R399.00 will be deducted on a top up contract from my account .
