Autopage refuses to rectify overcharges

After autopage has closed call and not responded to calls, Tshepo finally came back but still autopage refuses to admit they have changed my billing without prior notice and are in breach of my contract clause 2.2 which they now eventually found and sent to me. Autopage just refuses to abide by the terms of contract and continue overcharging without first providing notice of such changes. . I actually want someone that understand the severity of a breach of contract and the calluses therein to contact me so these overcharges can be rectified for once and for all. They must issue me the notice of change in charges I am yet to receive so I can serve my termination notice and move to a provider that actually can stick to their contract and provide the service.
