Autopage Poor Insurance devision

I have put in an insurance claim for a new phone on the 13 January 2015 which was approved. Since then Autopage never delivered the phone. Every time I phone them they just always will come back to me regarding my phone and have excuses on excuses, I e-mailed them but the e-mails always come back because their inbox is full. <br> <br> They apparently must send the phone from Gauteng (head office) although they have lots of branches in the Western cape. There insurance claims divisions is very POOOR!!!
