Autopage people are *************!!!!

I bought a laptop n a cellphone on contract in October and both Sim cards were not working.I called quiring asking for new sim cards they promised to deliver them but they didint,On the 15th of december they made a debit of R1 576 instead of R480 I've called a several times and spoke to different consultants that promised to investigate the matter but they never called,I spoke to Zipho,sammanta,Brendan and Zinhle and Brendan told me that it looks like there's someone that is using my sim cards,he promised to call me back as he was going to get some advice from the manager but didn't.I've had enough with autopage and their poor sercvice I wanna cancel my contract with them so that they can leave me alone for good,you can call me on this no.*** because the sim cards you gave me are not working and I don't even have their numbers
