Autopage - Pathetic Repair servicee !

Sent my iPhone 6 in for a repair , phone was getting extremely hot ( almost burning ) The finger print sensor was not identifying any finger prints - ever , and when trying to add new scans it would fail . On top of that it would freeze up and restart while taking phone calls - a extremely faulty device and needed some kind of repair or better yet replacement <br> <br> Have just received the phone back after 3 weeks of having no device - they claim to have done a software reinstall on the device . I powered the phone up and bam - finger prints can not be added ( fails continuously , i have cleaned the home button numerous times to ensure no dirt ) Phone is also extremely hot - uncomfortable to even hold in your hand once again - AND it is prompting for a software update - which they surely should have performed if they claim to have reinstalled the software . <br> <br> I Am extremely frustrated and annoyed . My Father has been an autopage client from beginning ! and this is the **** service we receive . and once again if they take the phone in again - i will sit for another 3 + weeks without a device !
