Autopage Owe Me Money THat is Not Theirs

I made a payment of R1780 in January - as I was told this was the balance owing on the contract ***). As it turned out the information given to me was incorrect so I requested that Autopage refund me. They took my monthly instalment of R292 off that amount, so I should have got a refund of R1 488. After much ado and phoning Autopage trying to get my refund I spoke to Kogi on Wednesday (4/2/2015) and she confirmed my refund would be R1193. I queried why this was less than it should be and she said that they have debited me for February's bill. I said I was not happy with this as my bill for Feb is only due on 22/2/2015 and I wanted the full amount refunded (the balance being R275). She said she would escalate the query to credit dept for payment. To date I have not heard anything further or been reimbursed. Kindly pay the balance asap.
