Autopage not honouring their contract

Since I signed the contract it has been wrong. Every month I pay for services that should have been included in the package. We are now going for the 7th month. I have phoned about 10 times, logged many disputes and even logged a dispute on their website but with absolutely no joy. I am trying to close the account but they say I can not do that.
