Autopage not honoring their promises

This complaint has been coming from 15 September 2015. I Asked Autopage Cellular for a bigger data bundle on my number. For 3 months it was not added. After a lot of fighting, a certain Tshepo phone me and informed me that he found the telephone calls where I asked for the bundles, and that Autopage would credit my account.<br> <br> By today it was still not done, my lines are constantly suspended because it shows my account is in arrears. The very arrogant Riska told me that she suspended my line and I must pay the outstanding amount. Autopage Cellular are ************* and terrible on service delivering.<br> <br> I spoke to a Shaneez yesterday, ***, and she assured me my lines will not be suspended again, and logged my querie.<br> <br> I am utterly disgusted by Autopage's lack of honosty and customer service.
