Autopage Nightmare cellphone deals

Good Day

I took a contract cellphone contract and monthly fees were debited by vodacom until I finished the amounts and settlement letter was received.

I got an email from autopage saying that I owe them money for the hardware, I ask them which hardware are they referring to? they responded saying." the same cellphone", which vodacom debited on my account on the same monthly fees.

Now my question is, must I pay R209+ to vodacom then another one to autopage. which doesn't make sense.

I provided them proof of settlement for the contract with vodacom and they said I must pay them for the same hardware which was paid to vodacom and which was already paid off...

Can you please help me and guide me what can I do about this situation.
