Autopage MTN Upgrade
I use to deal with Autopage Paarl since 2008. My last contract was due to expire on 11 September 2015. According to this contract, I received R100 airtime and 25 free sms per month.<br> In August somebody from your Head Office phoned me to negotiate an extension of my contract. I insisted on a Nokia phone and that the contract must be the same as the present one i.e. R100 airtime and 25 free sms per month. I was told that Nokia will be discontinued but that they still have the last phone in stock. The lady talked about minutes per month which will be equal to what I have. As I could not understand the offer, I asked her to put it in writing so that I can consider it. I never gave the green light for upgrading.From all this, it is clear that I was not treated honest and that the agent decided that I want to proceed with the transaction. What a shock when I received my invoices to find out that I only have 25 anytime minutes airtime and no sms. Apart from this, I normally paid an once off administration fee of R150 when I upgrade. According to these invoices an amount of R131.58 for September and the same amount for November was paid.As pensioner, I find myself worse off financia
