Autopage money making

My Autopage contract expired on 20 December 2015. In August 2015 I asked the Brits branch to stop my contract on the 20th of December en to switch my number over to pay as you go. Nothing happend. I phoned Brits branch again on 29 December 2015 to asked when they are switch over my number to pay as you go. They send me forms to fill in and we miled it back. I phoned head office and they tild me my contract will swich over 15 January 2016. That date came and nothing happend. I phoned headoffice again 18 January and they said it will swich over 28 January. Today (29 January) I phone head offive again and now there new date it the 14th February. My contract have expired but still I need to pay alot of money for something that is finished pay for and cannot stop my contract to keep my nomber en go over to pay as you go
