Autopage Mistake (Sort this out ASAP)

I app**** for transfer of ownership on the 22nd of March. The consultant informed me that it would be done in three(3) days time. I waited, to no avail. I telephoned Autopage on the 16th of April to enquire with ref nr: 619827. They informed me the transition of ownership is in progress and will take 3 to 5 business days. I telephoned Autopage again on the 21st of April. I was once again informed that it will be done before the end of the week. I phoned Autopage AGAIN on the 23rd of April to confirm this, as it seems that you need \hand-holding". This time I was told that it does not reflect yet because the process was INCORRECTLY done by AUTOPAGE! fine- I was told to hold the line and be given a new reference(***). Upon asking the consultant how long it will take"
