Autopage made my insurance dissapere

After signing for a new phone I took out insurance on the phone, 1. they made a mistake and billed for the wrong phones insurance, then I phoned them to fix it which they did. Even go a sms , then all of a sudden last invoice the insurance vanished. Now im in a stick with Cellsure because of Autopages incompetence
