Autopage lies to customers

They phoned me to upgrade, promised 2 - 5 working days delivery of the new S6 Edge. i stated that I did not want to do this over the phone, because they'll simply tell me that they are waiting for stock. I could get the phone rather directly from a store. They promised that they have secured stock for me (Because I'm a valued customer - what a joke!). so I caved. 7 working days later, I followed up, and were informed that they do not have stock! no-one ever bothered to phone me to inform me of the fact, and I knew this would happen.
