Autopage is useless
So after 4 months herbert accepts that he made a miatake on my contract..he activated the wrong contract on my account.. he emailed to say that he will be liable for half of the amount of my debit order.. did it happen? No it didnt!! 2 months down the line nothings done.. i requested for the contract to be cancelled but was told ill be liable for R6500 payment.. for what??? Herberts mistake??? Autopage is so useless!!!! No service what so ever.. **** assurance given that everything is sorted out but nothing ever is.. herbert never returns calls and always has a different story when you query your account.. will thia ever be sorted out???
