Autopage is a disgrace!!

Payment reflecting for December on statement issued 1 January 2016. Received SMS from Autopage on 6 January claiming that debit order for December came back returned with error code \not FICA compliant"and that my Line will be disconnected if no payment received. I am currently in the process of changing from Absa to FNB. FNB gave instruction to Autopage that bank details will be changing from the end of January as per my request and that all debit orders for December should still be for Absa.
