Autopage Insurance doesn't do it for me

I took my handset to Autopage Menlyn on the 12th January 2015 for repairs. The guy said it will take approximately 3-6 weeks. The last time I heard from Autopage was on the 30th January 2015. On the 13th February I called their call centre and was told that the phone was \written off"I must go to my nearest autopage branch. Went to Autopage Menlyn on the 14th February 2015 and was told that the insurance is closed but the guy will phone me on the Monday with a list of handsets"
