Autopage - incompetence personified.

Autopage must be the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Their accounts, admin and attitude is all wrong. <br> <br> -The contract has been in my mothers name since I was about 17, after numerous attempts at trying to change the contract onto my name, we have never succeeded in what should be a seemingly simple task. <br> -I have on several occasions added a data bundle which then mysteriously disappears and I end up paying out of bundle rates. <br> -Insurance was not loaded on my last upgrade, yet I continue to get billed for it. <br> -On a previous upgrade I noticed that new customers get better contract prices than existing customers??<br> -Now to cancel my contract 3 months early they want to charge a penalty of > R2000 <br> <br> The only way they can make me happy would be to cancel my this number/contract and we part ways. <br>
