Autopage *****ulant extension on contract

<p>good day.i dealt with autopage several times today as my contract is comming to an end at 29Nov.i requested to b downgraded to a cheaper package month to month after end of current contract.instead of downgrading me autopage has extended my contract for a further 25 months.they are giving me a run around. i would like to port out of autopage as soon as i wish..so if i port during 1st week in december..i do not want to have to loose alot. so i requested to b moved to the lowest straightup package. i.e. straightup 30 as from the end of my current contract. these ppl at autopage are making this simple request very difficult. now if they do not fix....then i will not be able to port. please sort this mess out asap. this abuse and admin nightmare is unacceptable. u guys deserve to sell out ..u guys cant cope. u should change u name to manualpage. there is no auto in ur backward working. cant even take a request clear. if i were u i would review which *********** staff worked on my account to cause us this grief. call me on&nbsp;******** or mu hubby on *******. it must b resolved tomorrow 11Nov2015</p>
