autopage does not even response to a query

We received a R1800 account in January 2015 we put in a query and nobody cares about getting back to us due to them already receiving their money. After 3 months I mentioned it on hallo peter I then received a comment that they will come back to us and it is another month later with no response at all. They don't care as they still get their money every month due to a debit order.
