AUTOPAGE DOES NOT DELIVER

I upgraded using a third party for Autopage and was suppose to receive my tablet on 28/01/2015 but never did. Phoned Autopage Head office 05/02/2015 and was informed that they cannot cancel the contract unless the 3rd party returns the goods to them. When I told them I don't want to cancel I was told that the goods would be delivered to me, to date no delivery. I was also told that I was phoned for delivery on 28/01/2015, I have proof that I never received a call or message on that day from any number other than those in my contacts List. This is terrible service.
