Autopage do not adhere to terms of contract
I had an account with Nashua for a cell phone and an IPAD. This was a corporate account negotiated by the National Prosecuting Authority with Nashua. When Nashua went bust the cell phone account was taken over by Vodacom and the IPAD by Autopage. As it was a corporate account it was the monthly amount minus 15% and data was charged at 15c per MB. Currently I am still receiving the 15% discount from Vodacom on my cell phone as it is still viewed as a corporate account. The IPAD contract was for R199-00 minus 155 and 15c per MB with Nashua. I have been experiencing numerous problems since the account was taken over. I had large amounts varying from R3000-00 to R7000-00 taken from my bank account on 3 occasions - at some stage more than R7000-00 was deducted from my account in one month for an account that should not be higher than R170-00 a month!! I have not received a correct account since December 2014. I eventually had a case manager appointed who had the money returned to my account in March 2015. The issue regarding the IPAD is still unresolved. The case manager referred my query to her supervisor, Leon Nortje who has not rep**** to any of my e-mails during this time.
