Autopage disaster! ******* and ***********!
NIGHTMARE!!! I got a new iPhone 6 from Autopage. The on/off button wasnt working. I took it into the iStore and they said \we cant even look at it. It's manufacturing fault so needs to be sent back to where you got it from and will probably need to be replaced. After having the phone in for repairs for almost 4 weeks I received an sms telling me to call a number to get my quote. The person who answered said I need to pay R6500 for water damage. It's a brand new phone and has never been dropped in water! How could it be water damage when only ONE button is affected??? I tried to call the call centre and had the phone put down on me 4 times in a row. How is it possible that a company can operate like this? I spend a small fortune with Autopage every month for the most appalling, ******* service. Next stop is Cape Talk."
