Autopage charge for Value adds without telling you

I got a sales call from you Autopage offering value adds. I said quite clearly that I didn't want them but that they could send me information about them. These then got added to my account. Even more on the same day of the sales call I emailed you confirming that I did not want the value adds and not to add them to my account.. I then got a phone call from them where I confirmed again that I didn't sign up for these services. (only a week later)<br> <br> I have now been disconnected for not paying my account due to these added amounts. I am unable to sort this out at a branch for some reason and have to phone Head Office, who I was told don't work on weekends.
