AUTOPAGE CELLULAR

We took out a new contract with Altech Autopage at Bayside Table View. Each month data is loaded - this month it showed the data for March - but is not connected. I have phoned Autopage on a number of occassions. *** - the 1st few times the call was answered - we were told what to do - but still no data came thru. We have since been informed that AutoPage has been taken over by Cell C - so we went into Cell C to ask for help - only to be told that GloCell will be able to help us. Back we go home - phone GloCell - only to be told that only from the 15th of March is the change over taking place - so they cannot help me. Phone Autopage online for help he tells me. So, again i phone the 0861 number - sit for 6-7 minutes each time going thru the talking - the phone rings - and i get cut off. I have sent 3 online complaints - explaining as i have here, with the above number - the response they give me - phone the 0861 number - otherwise it will take 7 days for my query to be sorted. I want to know - can some idiot on that side not sort out the data. I am sending regular complaints - which now are not even going thru. PLEASE HELP
