AUTOPAGE CANT BE TRUSTED

I had a call from one of your consultants regarding payment of my account and I said I will do a manual payment and I asked if she can confirm with me that there is no debit order loaded and she did confirm that there is no debit order loaded. Well, needless to say end of that month the debit orders DID go off my account and they were all returned as there was no money in my account at that stage and this incurred bank charges for each debit order being returned totaling R500. <br> <br> I e-mailed Autopage on 30 JANUARY 2016 to please credit my account with the R500 bank charges and STILL nothing has been done about it.<br> <br> PLEASE credit my account with the R500 bank charges that was taken off my account because of your mistake !
