Autopage cannot repair Nokia 2010 under warranty

After having recently submitted my Nokia 1020 for repairs, I discovered that the camera wasn't working. After communicating my problem with the George branch, and having received prior authorization from Mr Bester from Autopage National Office for a loan unit, I was informed that no loan unit was available and that Autopage was unable to repair my Nokia, and that they would re-issue me with another phone which was a refurbished unit. When I requested which refurbished phone they would issue me! and how it would affect my current full warranty, they refused to reply with the information I requested, and I am still waiting for a response.nNeither the branch nor the national office will take responsibility until I submit my phone for evaluation, but I am afraid that I will not receive the samequality phone in return. The branch dealer, Riaan, acknowledged that my camera was not working, but because I requested a loan unit, as per MrvBester's instructions, would not book my phone in for repairs. I now find myself in a very difficult situation, as I wish to repair the camera, but can use my phone for business. The handset is under full warranty, and is spotless. What will I be getting?
