Autopage call centre is a disgusting disgrace!
I have spent the last 3 hours on the phone being passed from one person to another with my query not being attended to!<br> The query was logged 2 weeks ago and nothing has been done.<br> I might as well have been speaking to a wall for the past 3 hours.<br> When asked to be escalated to a manager they simply listen to my query and pass me back to the customer care centre. <br> What an absolute disgrace for a call centre!!!
