Autopage Blueroote = Terrible customer relations

It has been impossible to get my phone back from Altech Autopage. I've booked it in for repairs in December 2014, its been a back and forth battle to get through the process of repairs. I eventually received the quote early February, which I regarded as too high and asked for my phone to be returned to me. It's been almost a month and they still cant tell me if the phone has been dispatched from the repair centre or not. I've dealt with the lot of them. I'm paying R220 (R80 of which goes to Vodacom for services) the rest of the R140 is going into the air? At least I expect a decent service. Is there a way of porting over so that Vodacom handles my contract directly?
