Autopage blocks my phone for no reason

This is the second time this week that my phone account has been blocked.<br> I queried this last week and they told me they would unblock my account as there is no reason for it to be blocked. Then after no response I had to go into the branch myself to get it unblocked. Again they could not give me a reason and they did nothing about it. It is a day later and my phone is blocked again!
